Snowmobile adventure & Ice cave hike!

Visiting Spitsbergen in winter is simply “must be”. It is an unforgettable experience to step on an arctic snow, breath its cold, dry air and cross valleys on the snowmobile.

We start our adventure on February 27th in Longyearbyen and finish on March 4th.

During whole stay we will have 2 experienced guides carrying all needed safety equipment.

4 out of 5 nights we will sleep in an amazing, cozy Camp located outside of Longyearbyen. Fully equipped kitchen, hot shower and outstanding view. It is increasing our chances to see the northern lights and have even better arctic experience. All transport to/from Camp is included.

Before the trip, you will get a packing list and we will have a preparation online meeting. On the trip, we will equip you with all needed equipment and ensure, that you are safe, warm and happy 🙂

You need to have a driving license to drive the snowmobile. We will have 2 people on 1 snowmobile. We can an individual snowmobile with an extra cost.

Plan:

Day 1 arrival to Longyearbyen, city sightseeing, safety intro

Day 2 snowmobile trip to Barentsburg with overnight stay

Day 3 snowmobile trip back to Longyearbyen

Day 4 hike to the Larsbreen Ice Cave

Day 5 snowmobile trip to Tempelfiord

Day 6 departure to Oslo

What is included in the price:
